System Description:

The Submersible Sewage Transfer Pump System is a fully integrated pumping package engineered for reliable collection, transfer, and discharge of sewage, wastewater, and drainage water from sumps, sewage pits, collection chambers, and underground tanks. The system provides automatic pump operation according to the wastewater level, ensuring efficient and dependable sewage transfer under varying inflow conditions.
Pump operation is automatically controlled through level sensors or float switches, with predetermined start and stop levels to maintain the required liquid level within the collection sump or chamber and to minimize the risk of overflow.
For Duty/Standby configurations, the system provides operational redundancy and automatic changeover between pumps. In the event of duty pump failure, the standby pump is automatically activated to maintain continuity of sewage transfer. Where required, Duty/Assist/Standby configurations can be provided to accommodate higher inflow conditions, with additional pumps automatically brought into operation as the wastewater level increases.
The system can be supplied with various Duty/Standby, Duty/Assist, and multiple-pump configurations, together with suitable control panels, level-control devices, alarms, and protection features. System configurations can be customized to meet specific project operating conditions, hydraulic requirements, and client specifications.
